All parents receive one complimentary digital image.
A minimum of the Silver Collection must be purchased in order to receive any prints. A minimum of the Gold Collection must be purchased in order to receive any additional digital images.
Newborn only. No family portraits will be taken.
Silver Collection
Our Silver Package (prints) includes your choice of 1 backdrop color, use of our props, 1-8x10 print, 2-5x7 prints and 4 wallets. Additional prints are available for purchase. You may choose up to 4 different images for your prints.

Gold Collection
Our Gold package (digital images) includes your choice of 1 backdrop color, use of our props, and 5 DIGITAL images. Additional digital images are available for $20 per image. Digital images may be downloaded and shared however you choose.

Platinum Collecion
Our Platinum package (pints and digital images) includes your choice of 1 backdrop, 8 digital images, 1-11x14 print, 1-8x10, 2-5x7 and keepsake onesie. Additional digital images are available for $20 per image.

FAQ
Can I bring my own outfit/props?
Yes! We'll be glad to include an outfit of your choice, as well as, any small items or heirlooms that you would like to have in the pictures. We'll also have our own props, wraps, bows, etc... so even if you don't bring anything, we can still get some adorable images!
How long will the session take?
Between going over the session agreement, setting up the equipment and props, doing the session, viewing, choosing and purchasing the package, we estimate the total time will be about an hour.
Who all can be in the photography session?
Our in-hospital sessions are for the newborn only.
Can I post to social media?
Yes! Please make sure to tag Studio 33 and Highlands Medical Center in your post.
If I ordered a digital image package, do I have to order prints through you?
No, but we HIGHLY recommend you do. We do NOT guarantee print quality by any other print lab except the one we use.
When will I receive my images?
The "sneak peek" for your complimentary, digital image will be posted to Highlands Medical Center's Facebook page first so keep an eye on their page and share your beautiful baby's first portrait! Your downloadable, complimentary, digital image, as well as, any purchased digital images will be emailed to you within 72 hours. Simply click the link and you will be directed to your online gallery. You will then be able to download the images and share them however you choose. The watermarks will automatically disappear once you download them.
Can I buy just one image and not the whole package?
No, in order to keep our pricing low and still provide our clients with heirloom quality portraits, a minimum of the Silver Collection must be ordered for prints and the Gold Collection for digital images.
When do I need to pay for my package?
You'll be able to view and choose the images right after the session and that's when you'll also pay for the minimum package plus any extras. We accept card payments only.
I want more images than my package has. Can I get more?
Absolutely! Additional prints can be added to both the Silver or Platinum package. Digital images can be added to the Gold or Platinum package. Additional digital images are $20 each.
Can't I just get ALL the pictures you take?
You can...but I wouldn't suggest it. We take duplicate shots in order to get that perfect image and then hand-edit the purchased ones. It would make the most sense to only purchase the ones you like the best.
Do you offer other items, like canvas prints or ornaments?
Yes. Check out our online store once you receive your gallery and add additional items to your chosen package.
How long do you keep images?
Your gallery will be available for download for only 10 days so it is vital that you download it right away. We recommend you download to multiple devices (computer, phone, thumb drive). We will keep purchased images for 3 months. There is a $10 charge to re-send download links. After 3 months, the images are permanently erased.
